Our investors are currently funding a project in North Norfolk and receiving 15% p.a. interest from the investment.

The developers have constructed three 3 bedroom homes on a site previously occupied by a bungalow, in the pretty village of Docking which is just a short drive from the North Norfolk coast.

The properties are positioned perfectly to benefit from commercial and shopping links in Kings Lynn, and the leisure pursuits offered by the beaches, nature reserves, and local tourist attractions such as Sandringham.

As an ground-up build the majority of time so far has been spent on construction. The architect designed the homes to blend well with other local homes, using the traditional brick and flint materials, and styling them to create a cosy, cottage aesthetic which will appeal to families and older buyers.

In recent weeks the work has focused on making the homes wind and water tight, with the aim of achieving this before the end of the year.
