There's a new update from the development to create a block of flats in Chalkwell, popular residential area of Westcliff-on-sea in Essex.

Images from the site show a lot of progress, in particular the start of the work to install the steel frame which will enable the developer to install the roof.

Once the building is wind and watertight internal work such as first and second fix carpentary and plumbing will be able to progress.
