The Lyngwhite Farm property development, which was partly funded by a £137,000 PDL (property development loan) from Crowdstacker investors, was completed earlier this year and is currently in the process of being sold.

Unlike most of the projects featured on our platform for investment, this project was funding the construction of one single luxury new home, rather than small developments of apartment blocks or groups of houses. 

It's situated in the heart of the East Anglian countryside, just a stone's throw from Thetford, and surrounded by farmland.

We sent a videographer up there to capture this property in all its glory, to showcase the quality of the light coming in through the huge expanses of glass, and the family-friendly interior which ticks all the boxes for modern living.
