Woodcote PDL launched earlier this year and investors lent £395,000 to DH3 Woodcote Valley Limited - a developer which has undertaken several successful property projects in south London.
The construction project has completed and all of the flats for sale have already sold. Two of the units are being retained by the developer and are in the process of being refinanced. A sales video has been produced by sales agent, Haart Estate Agents Croydon, take a look here.

The show flat at the Manhattan House development in Crowthorne in Berkshire, is now open for viewings and you can take a look here.
The development is part funded with £265,000 mezzanine funding which was supplied via a PDL earlier in 2022. The development is taking place to convert a commercial building, previously used as a snooker hall, into a block of luxury apartments.

In May 2022 Crowdstacker raised £215,000 for a development in Odiham, an historic village in Hampshire. The project is to convert a period property on the high street into two semi-detached houses.

Quanta has nearly reached its target raise of £1.5 million on the Crowdstacker platform, and much of the money raised so far has already been put to work reaping investors between 5.75% and 6.8% p.a. interest.
Many of those who have chosen to invest in this way are interested in property investment but are happy to let the experts like Robby du Toit, who heads up Quanta, do the hard work.

In December 2021 £378,000 was raised via a Crowdstacker PDL to help fund the redevelopment of a Victorian building in Mentmore Terrace, East London. Since then the award winning architect/developer (alongside the construction team) has been hard at work and exciting progress has been made.

Property Development can be a long winded, complex affair. First you need to find a suitable site if you are planning a new build development, or building if you are redeveloping. Then you need to jump through all the hoops required to get planning permission, from the design and construction specification, to the utilities/services and community impact planning. These two parts of the process alone can take years.

Crowdstacker raised £650,000 to help finance the construction of a small housing estate just outside Deal in Kent.
The money was raised via one of the new Property Development Loans and took just a few days to reach its investment goal. Investors invested from a little as £100 and were offered 12% p.a. interest over a two year loan term.
