Scarborough development making great progress

Crowdstacker investors have funded the redevelopment of two period buildings close to the seafront in Scarborough. They have lent £290,000 in return for 16% p.a. interest.

The works are mainly focused on stripping out the interiors and completely refurbishing the buildings to create a block of high end apartments to appeal to local professionals. There is also a reconfiguration of the rear elevation.

Chalkwell construction project gets out of the ground

Work has got off to a great start at a project funded by Crowdstacker investors in return for 17% p.a. interest. 

The site on a popular residential street close to the sea-front in Westcliff-on-Sea, has been levelled, the foundations have been put in, and the block and brickwork is now up out of the ground. You can take a look at the latest images from the site by checking out our update video below.

 

The latest news from Lyngwhite Farm

We've received another update from a project at Lyngwhite Farm in Great Ellingham, Norfolk, which is currently being funded by Crowdstacker investors in return for 15% p.a. interest. 

Click on the update and will be able to view some of the internal photographs detailing how this beautiful house is being fitted out in a truly luxurious style with built in dressing rooms, a stunning kitchen and a statement staircase.

Crowdstacker investors are currently funding a development of apartments in the heart of Wickford, Essex, in return for 15% p.a. interest.

The project is progressing very well, and the flats are on the market for sale off plan. A show flat has been set up to showcase how beautiful the apartments will be. In the mean time work has begun across the site to start install kitchens and bathrooms and kick-start the decorating.
