Construction at the Auchterarder site, where seven new homes are being built in the beautiful Scottish countryside, is well on its way.
Practical Completion is still firmly on track for April 2026. Foundations are in for all seven homes and timber frames are now up on six, with the final one due any day.
Roofs and solar panels are going on, doors and windows are fitted on many plots, and services are well underway inside.
The construction, interiors and site elements of the plan are all progressing well.
Three homes should be finished in the coming weeks, with most of the rest weather-tight.
