Crowdstacker members are currently part funding the construction of a block of apartments on Chalkwell Avenue in Leigh-on-Sea in Essex.

This development is on one of the most sought after roads and just a two minute walk from the sea front, in an ever popular coastal town. With fast train links to London for commuters and excellent state schools including top rated grammars, as well as the obvious attractions of living so close to the seaside, this development is already being marketed for sale.

The most recent update from the site shows that the main construction is complete, and most notably the roof is about to be tiled. Most of the doors and windows are installed, and work has commenced internally to set out each apartment and begin first fix for plumbing and electrics.

Progress externally has been coming on apace and the projected completion date for this project is later in 2025.
