Quanta Loans, ISA eligible, P2P investment, offering up to 9% p.a. return

Quanta Group is a residential property investment company and it has considerable experience in acquiring suitable residential properties which it deems to have potential to be bought and sold for a profit. Quanta has raised over £9.7m via Crowdstacker since 2015 and 82% has been successfully repaid with interest. Now, in 2022, Quanta is looking to increase its facility and raise a further £1.5million to increase the number of properties they purchase.

How investing in the Quanta P2P investment works

The investment offers two options - either 7.5% p.a. fixed interest for an 18 month term or 9% p.a. fixed interest for a 3 year term, paid quarterly. The investment is used by Quanta to buy residential property quickly and at a good price, refurbish if necessary, and then sell on within a typical timeframe of only five months.

Giving you better security on your investment

The Investment benefits from multiple layers of security. First, a first ranking debenture over the assets, property, and undertaking of the Borrower. Second, there will be a guarantee provided by the Guarantor, Quanta Group. Third, an independent administrator monitors that your investment is used for the purchase of residential properties, related costs such as refurbishment and outgoing costs such as council tax.

So how much interest will I receive?

It’s simple - if you invest £10,000, you would receive £900 of interest per annum for the 3 year term or £750 of interest per annum for the 18 month term. Interest is paid directly into your account on the Crowdstacker P2P platform or your bank account. Take a look at our interest calculator below.
