Our first loan goes live! Quanta Group, a nationwide property investment company, has been selected as one of the select few products we will be offering because of its solid track record in its industry, plus the ability to provide further protection for lenders by using the properties purchased as collateral against the loaned capital.

Crowdstacker is regulated! We are one one of the first few loan-based crowdfunding sites to receive direct authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
