The development funded by the Lewisham Way PDL is up and running, with progress being made on site every day.

Investors may remember that this project will see the the redevelopment of an existing period building which fronts onto Lewisham Way in south east London, to create a small block of five flats. The side access enables vehicles to gain entrance to the land at the rear, where a new house and another smaller block of two flats will be built.

The site has been cleared and much of the existing building has been stripped out. To the rear the groundworks and construction of the foundations has begun.
