The Old Exeter St PDL is well underway with great progress made on two of the flats so that kitchens and bathrooms are starting to be installed.

As an old building constructed in the 1800s this property has a lot of charm and interesting architectural quirks. It was most lately used as an old people's home, so the reconfiguration into apartments has also thrown up some interesting design challenges.

Overall, the work is progressing well and the block of apartments is really starting to take shape. You can look at the progress on site on our video below.
