The Chalkwell PDL has been funding a project on the Essex Riviera, and apartments are now on the market for sale.

As part of the sales process the team has created the show flat so that prospective buyers can get a real sense of what living in the new apartment building will be like. You can view the details on Rightmove here.

Alongside this we have received an update from the developer providing more details about progress across the whole development. Overall progress is very good with much of the heavy work on the construction done, and attention is now turning to completing all the internal work.
