These prize draws are promoted by Crowdstacker Limited (“Crowdstacker”). Registered Office: Floors 1 & 2, 6 Victoria Street, St Albans, Herts, AL1 3JB. Registered in England and Wales under number 9056449.
1. These prize draws are open to persons aged 18 years or over who are resident in the United Kingdom.
2. “Entrants” are:
2.1. registered member investors on the Crowdstacker platform, or
2.2. persons who are not member investors on the Crowdstacker platform but have provided their name, email address and an authentication password,
who have indicated an interest to Crowdstacker in the Crowdstacker new savings product before launch of the Crowdstacker new savings product.
3. A referral is a person (aged of 18 years and over) introduced by an Entrant who registers an interest in the Crowdstacker new savings product by signing up on the Crowdstacker single unique referral link (“a Referral”). Entrants will be supplied with a single unique referral link for introducing Referrals.
4. There is no limit to the number of Referrals, that an Entrant may introduce to Crowdstacker.
5. Entrants will receive one ticket entry to the Gold prize draw where they successfully register with Crowdstacker indicating an interest in the Crowdstacker new savings product 1 day before launch of the Crowdstacker new savings product.
6. Entrants will also receive one ticket entry to the Gold prize draw for each Referral introduced before 11:59 on the date 1 day before launch of the Crowdstacker new savings product, and Referrals received by Crowdstacker after this date and time will not be entered into the Gold prize draw
7. Entrants will also receive one ticket entry to the Platinum prize draw for every five (5) Referrals introduced before 11:59 on the date 1 day before launch of the Crowdstacker new savings product and Referrals received by Crowdstacker after this date and time will not be entered into the Platinum prize draw.
8. No other methods of entry are available to the Platinum prize draw or the Gold prize draw.
9. For example, if an Entrant introduces 11 Referrals, then the Entrant will receive 12 tickets for entry to the Gold prize draw (one for his/her own registration and 11 for his/her Referrals) and two tickets for entry to the Platinum prize draw.
10. Gold Prize draw: three (3) first prize winners will be selected using the random number generator at www.random.org on the day of the public launch of the new Crowdstacker savings product and will be awarded the following prize:
10.1. £1,000 which will be deposited in a Crowdstacker savings account or Cash ISA account in the name of each of the winning Entrants.
11. Platinum Prize draw: one (1) first prize winner will be selected using the random number generator at www.random.org on the day of the public launch of the new Crowdstacker savings product and will be awarded the following prize:
11.1. £10,000 which will be deposited in either a Crowdstacker savings account or Cash ISA account in the name of the winning Entrant as you select.
12. By entering this prize draw, entrants consent to Crowdstacker processing their personal information in accordance with the terms of the Crowdstacker’s Privacy Policy.
13. Every Entrant who opens a new Crowdstacker savings account or Cash ISA account and deposits at least £100 in that savings account, after the launch of this product, shall not be charged any Crowdstacker percentage funds held fee on their first £1,000 deposited in the Crowdstacker savings account. For every Referral who subsequently opens a new Crowdstacker savings account and deposits at least £100 in that account, the Entrant who introduced that Referral will not be charged any Crowdstacker percentage deposit fee on the next £500 deposited in the Crowdstacker savings account. For example, if an Entrant introduces 3 Referrals who subsequently each open a new Crowdstacker savings account and deposit at least £100 in each account, then the Entrant shall not be charged any Crowdstacker percentage funds held fee on the first £2,500 deposited in the Entrant’s Crowdstacker savings account. This concession will only apply to one Crowdstacker savings account or Cash ISA account in the name of the Entrant. If the account of the Referral who earned the Entrant’s fee free amount increase subsequently drops below the £100 deposit threshold, the Entrant loses the associated fee free amount increase.
14. Entrants which appear to Crowdstacker (in its sole discretion) not to comply with these terms and conditions or are delayed, incomplete, contain incorrect or unverified information will be disqualified from entry to the prize draws.
15. There is no cash alternative and the prizes are non-transferable.
16. The prize winners will be notified by email, and the date of notification will be posted in advance on the Crowdstacker website. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and will remain accurate for the duration of the prize draw. When a winner is notified under this paragraph, they will be required to notify Crowdstacker of all information necessary to open a Crowdstacker savings account or Cash ISA account and to complete the requisite application form.
17. If any prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner and set up the Crowdstacker savings account or Cash ISA account in the name of the Entrant, after 28 days of the prize draws, Crowdstacker reserves the right to conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.
18. Crowdstacker will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevents the prizes from being awarded to a winner.
19. Crowdstacker’s announcement of the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The name and county of the winners will be made available online at www.crowdstacker.com for up to 90 days after the prize draw winners is drawn and in a press statement issued by Crowdstacker.
20. Crowdstacker may collect personal information from Entrants and Referrals under the General Data Protection Regulations and other applicable data privacy laws.
21. Crowdstacker reserves the right to cancel the prize draws or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any Entrants for doing so.
22. By entering these prize draws, Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
23. These prize draws are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
