Glenruthven Mill is a development of seven new houses on the outskirts of a village called Auchterarder in Perthshire. 

Whilst the village is not that well known the hotel it hosts, Gleneagles, is world famous. The golf course is unarguably its biggest draw, but the magnificent surrounding landscape certainly gives it a run for its money.

It is within this beautiful scenery that the development team has sited a new cul-de-sac of detached houses. And at perhaps the tidiest construction site we've ever known, they've been working extremely hard over the past few weeks to meet the practical completion target date.
