The Dover Road PDL in Sandwich, Kent, is a development of eight new houses on a site next to the railway station.

£362,000 has been lent by Crowdstacker members as mezzanine funding, in conjunction with a senior loan, to fund the project from the ground up.

Work starred in 2024 and is progressing well with the foundations and walls of the buildings in progress, and some of the internal floors are in place.
