The construction project in Sandwich (Kent) which is being funded by Crowdstacker investors, is making great progress, and the site is now starting to look more like the attractive small housing development it will eventually be when it is finished. 

The developer spotted the potential of this parcel of land on the edge of this pretty, seaside town, and next to the railway line and station. It has planning permission to build eight houses, comprised of four semi-detached and four terraced homes, with the ultimate vision of creating a small community of homes in a really convenient location.

When completed the houses will be marketed for between £375,000 and £495,000.

Progress has been steady so far, with some slight delays but the team is working hard to push onwards to the projected completion this autumn. Construction of the main parts of the buildings is the most advanced at present, but once these are fully built inside work can commence on the first fix plumbing and electricity, and of course the construction of the internal walls.
