The Croft End development comprises four new family size homes in a small village in north Essex. 

Work started last year and now the team is on the final push to get the houses completed. Sales particulars are available and a show home has been put together for prospective buyers to visit the site and experience first hand what it might be like to live in one of these new homes.

Crowdstacker investors lent mezzanine funding to supplement the senior development loan and to help bring this project to life.
