The renovation and extension of an Edwardian period house in Wallington, south London, is now well underway.

On Grosvenor Road in a quiet suburb of the Capital, work funded by Crowdstacker investors is transforming a faded but beautiful period building and turning it into four new homes.

So far there has been a lot achieved on site, with much of the heavy construction work completed so that now the focus can be put on internal reconfiguration and fit out.
