We've put together an update video showing how a developer in the south west of England has put funds lent by Crowdstacker members to good use.

So far the work has focused on the main construction elements of this project. A large new extension has been built, and parts of the old building have been repaired. Work is now focusing on the internal reconfiguration to turn it into several new homes.
