Crowdstacker investors have been involved in an ambitious and exciting project in Whitsand Bay on the Cornish Coast. 

Initially bridge funding was supplied for the redevelopment of several plots, including the site of a locally infamous hotel, whilst further planning permission was sought for the various ideas and plans the developers want to implement.

In January 2024 part of the overall site was given the go-ahead to commence work, and a new PDL was funded - Finnygook Lane - to provide some of the financing for a development of three detached houses.

Since then progress on the site has been generally focused on groundworks and building a huge retaining wall which will sit behind the properties.
