Members of Crowdstacker are currently funding the construction of nine apartments in Chalkwell, a suburb of Southend-on-Sea in Essex.

The build has been progressing over the past few months albeit at a slower pace than the developer had anticipated. Most of the flats have been sold off plan so the target is to get the building ready for occupation and to sell the remaining units.
