In a small suburb of Brighton, Crowdstacker investors are part funding a development of four houses. 

The site is particularly tricky and groundworks have taken up the bulk of the time so far, but in recent weeks the on-site team has been racing ahead and now the main structures of all four houses are in place.

In the near future the developer hopes to have the roofs, doors and windows in place so the properties are wind and watertight. Once this is done work internal work can commence.
