2025 has been another amazing year for Crowdstacker members. They've funded over £40millon of UK real estate in return for offers of around 16% p.a. interest.

That equates to a huge number of new homes built using investment by our members. Every investment part funds a development, whether it is to build a block of apartments or a new housing estate, alongside a senior lender.

Every investor is kept up to date with progress on site with regular images and reports detailing the work that has been done and what is coming next. We've had several successful exits this year and we look forward to more in 2026.
